Kirsten Cowie

Kirsten started in the industry doing P.A. for noisy rock bands in Sydney. Prior to that she was filling in her spare time by doing a music degree at U.N.E. Since being in London she has worked at several studios, inluding Angel and Milo Studios and is resident recording engineer at the Royal Accadeny of Music (RAM).

She has great experience of virtually all styles of music and has worked on many recordings for CD, film, TV and adverts.

In her time at RAM she has had a major part to play in their recorded output growing in quality and status until they now have a large catalogue of commercialy available recordings. Apart from her work at RAM she does many recordings in the Classical and Jazz fields for composers and players such as Peter Maxwell Davies, John Wallace, Andrew Powell, Nikki Isles and Julian Arguelles. When she is not doing all that she plays a large part in LCL Digial in particular with her superb editing skills.
